(If your REIN program is set up to search for and add customers to the ADP NAME-FILE)
REIN looks for a match on the last name and first initial, then close matches on the address and city. If it finds only one, it uses that customer. If it finds more than one, you will see this screen so you can choose the correct one.
This may also help you notice customers that need to be cleaned up because of duplications or misspellings, etc.
If no matches are found, or if you press F4...
...you will see this screen.
you can save the customer information as is,
or edit as necessary, then press F3 to save the new customer.
REIN finds the next available customer number, or you can override by typing in a number.
