Setup Power Programs user v3power in UUP
After ADP sets up the v3power userid, these changes must be made by a system administrator to give Power Programs access to the appropriate account(s):

Profile
Change to MSTR.

Accounts
Leave access to V3POWER-U, and add access to other accounts as needed, such as the dealership's parts, or -I account.

TCL Access
Select ALL accounts for TCL access.
