Overview
The first time you run the program, you will be prompted to create one of these lists. After that, it reloads the saved list. If names have been added or deleted, or cities or states have been changed, or you want to change the type of list, you can renew the list by pressing [F5].
Select city-states (or zip codes, etc.) to update and press [F2].
The program finds all the customers with the selected city-states.
From this screen, [F6] toggles the display between showing Salesmen 1 and 2, and Ship To Lines 1 and 2.
Select names to update and press [F2].
Enter Values (1 and 2) to be applied to Salesmen (1 and 2) and/or Ship-To (1 and 2).
Ship-Via is always updated from Value 1.
Use [F7] or [F8] to select values from saved lists.
If you leave one of the two values empty (null), you will see this prompt.
Delete means the corresponding field is cleared (erased). Skip means an existing value in the corresponding field is left alone.
If you are only going to update the Ship-Via field, it doesn't matter which way you answer.
If you leave both values null, the program will always clear (erase) both fields.
Select what fields you want to update and press [F3].
If you selected Salesman, you will see this prompt.
Use Insert to keep values already in the Salesman fields. Those values will "move over" to higher values, with values 1 and/or 2 changing to the values you entered. You would probably use Insert if you actually have salesmen in the Salesman fields and want to keep them.
